In 2025, FESCO’s fleet shrank by 7% to 110,743 units.

Key declines in the container fleet were recorded in the segments of 20‑foot (−6%) and 40‑foot general‑purpose containers (−8%) due to the withdrawal of obsolete and underutilised leased containers from service.

In 2025, FESCO added one container vessel to its fleet to enhance the existing services. Two additional container vessels were time‑chartered to secure transportation volumes on international routes. These acquisitions increased the total deadweight of our fleet in operation by 43 thousand tonnes and expanded our capacity by 3 thousand TEU.

With fitting platforms of various footage at the core of FESCO’s rolling stock, we can diversify our services and transport all types of containers.

In 2025, our fleet decreased by 147 fitting platforms, or (1%), to reach 14,697 platforms by the year‑end. The decline was primarily driven by the phase‑out of leased fleet and disposals made at the end of the platform service life.

In 2025, Commercial Port of Vladivostok (VMTP PJSC, VMTP or Port of Vladivostok), FESCO’s key terminal, retained its leadership in container handling in Russia. VMTP benefits from convenient access to the Trans‑Siberian Railway and allows FESCO to capitalise on trade flows between Asia and Europe using the ice‑free Golden Horn Bay.

FESCO continues to develop and modernise the VMTP infrastructure. More than 14 thousand sq m of warehouse space was upgraded to support the storage of various types of cargo. The modernisation of two rail‑mounted gantry cranes and two quay cranes helped improve equipment reliability.

The Novosibirsk terminal and Stroyopttorg in Khabarovsk are the base terminals for FESCO’s logistics chains in Novosibirsk and the Khabarovsk Territory. The terminals own railway lines, locomotives, and reachstackers.

In 2025, FESCO acquired Kaliningrad Sea Fishing Port (KSFP), a marine terminal handling general, bulk, liquid and refrigerated cargoes. KSFP has an annual capacity of 2.2 million tonnes and is capable of handling up to 100 thousand tonnes of frozen products per year. The integration of KSFP into FESCO will strengthen the Group’s logistics and port capabilities in the Baltic Basin and support the development of the FSKL domestic line.
